How can I return a Click & Collect order?Updated 2 months ago

Click & Collect orders follow the same return process as any other online order. So whether you’ve picked up in store or received your delivery at home, the options below apply to you.

You're welcome to return or exchange your item at any Rockwear store, as long as:

• The item is in its original condition
• The swing tags are still attached
• You have a copy of your invoice
• Within 365 days of the original purchase date

If you can’t make it to a store, no problem - you can send your item back to our online warehouse by following the return process here.
